The Hops & Elderflower Whiskey starts by creating a bourbon base as a sweet and complex foundation, to which fresh brewing hops and dried elderflowers are added during distillation; delivering a traditional hop flavor with notes of lime, grapefruit, and orange tempered by elderflower's floral earthiness

Coffee & Chocolate Whiskey
The Coffee & Chocolate Whiskey begins with a rye malt whiskey base as a spicy, smoky foundation. Fresh roasted coffee and fair trade Peruvian cacao nibs are added during distillation, delivering a spirit with bright and lively coffee flavors accented by nutty chocolate notes
